I have been using this soap for many years and it is fabulous for sensitive and dry skin. I cut the brick slices in half which works brilliantly near sinks. You do need to put this soap in a dish or on a wooden soap rack as it is quite soft once wet.

Can I exchange or return my order?

We hope you love your Heyland & Whittle order, but if something isn’t quite right, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. For hygiene reasons, opened or used bath, body and fragrance products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How do I care for my Heyland & Whittle products?

Care varies by product. Allow handmade soap to dry between uses, follow the supplied candle burn and safety instructions, and keep reed diffusers on a stable surface away from heat and delicate finishes. Full care guidance can be found on each product page.
