Can I exchange or return my order?

We hope you love your Heyland & Whittle order, but if something isn’t quite right, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. For hygiene reasons, opened or used bath, body and fragrance products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Current delivery options and estimated timescales will be shown at checkout. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

How do I care for my Heyland & Whittle products?

Care varies by product. Allow handmade soap to dry between uses, follow the supplied candle burn and safety instructions, and keep reed diffusers on a stable surface away from heat and delicate finishes. Full care guidance can be found on each product page.
